Thank you so much for your quick response and thorough job after our basement flooded earlier this month. We do not live in a flood zone and hope this was a once in a lifetime thing; but we were extremely happy with the service you provided and how quickly you responded and handled everything while we were out of town on vacation. You also quickly explained the process including insurance etc. so it was very easy to deal with on our part. Hopefully this will never happen again, but if we ever have a problem like this you will be the first ones I call. I would also highly recommend your team to anyone in need of your services.

When I moved from Sylvania, Ohio to Indiana, I had no idea who would clean my carpets. When the tragedy happened of my water line break, I immediately called you for help. I did not know where to start. I was amazed that you and your crews would travel so many miles out of your way to help my family. Even though my insurance company gave me names of other companies to use, I refused. I knew that you had the experience that this tragedy needed. It is nice to know there are a few good people that would go so far out of their way for a customer. I was never treated as just a number and I appreciate everything your company did for me. Living out of a hotel for seven weeks and having a company work on your home that is based out of town is amazing when you can not get that kind of response or workmanship locally. I will never forget what you did for us.

Accurate Carpet Cleaning Service,

After having my carpet cleaned by other companies several times, there are several spots that never came out. They told me that they were permanent stains. I received a coupon in the mail and decided to call your office. The office manager, Jennifer, answered every question I had. She spent more than twenty minutes on the phone with me. Her answers to my questions and her professionalism were the reason I booked my appointment. When the crew arrived to clean they were very courteous and knowledgeable. Needless to say, I don’t have spots anymore. You guys are awesome! I will always use you for my future cleanings.
